It had a boot virus, so after reformating and trying to reload Windows...cannot lah! So I booted up with a boot disk for Win98, got my A: prompt, ran my copy of V-Buster 9.00 and in seconds I was in business reloading the Win95 version that was previously in the machine. Uncle Looi's Vbuster is definately "Tops". in my opinion for anti-virus programs

In these times of Love-Mail, I feel it is appropriate to remind you about V-Buster. I got an update by mail today and it finds 8 of the Love-strains. This is still my favourite anti-virus program - small (fits on a disk), fast (DOS-based) and efficient. A trial can be found at vbuster.virtualave.net/ and the full program costs $34. I am sure that regular readers of this column believe Looi gives me a percentage (I wish), but to illustrate why I like it so much: I recently had a job installing Norton Anti-virus on a whole bunch of computers in different locations. They had lots of viruses - one single PC held the record with 783 infections - and so the installation of NAV often hung. Then I started using V-Buster first and everything went smooth as silk. Naturally repeat visits are necessary to let V-Buster kill the viruses NAV doen't find.

This is by far the best anti-virus program in the United States, let alone the world. It found over 160 instances of 11 different viruses on my hard disk, whereas Norton found none of those.
